    WORKFORCE AND THE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND SANITATION
    The workforce and the work environment have topped decision makers' concerns in all Listening for Direction consultations. Key issues include stnd responsibilities for health care workers. Our research and knowledge exchange activities are focused the maffing shortages, healthy workplaces, new models of inter professional collaboration, and expanded skills aain areas: the impacts of healthy workplaces; factors that support positive changes in the workforce and work environment, basic sanitation, Sex education and effective strategies for inter professional collaboration and teamwork in health care delivery.
